Counsel built around your family, not a template.

We focus exclusively on the legal questions families face across a lifetime, from drafting a first will to administering a parent's trust. Every plan is shaped by who you love, what you own, and what you value.

Meet Our Founder

Lisa H. Beatty, J.D.

For nearly 30 years, Lisa has helped individuals and families navigate the decisions that matter most: planning for the future, protecting what they've built, and ensuring their wishes are honored when it counts. Her practice centers on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, and trust administration.

Lisa believes that good guidance begins with being truly heard. She takes the time to understand each client's goals and priorities, so they leave every conversation with clarity, not just about what comes next, but about why it matters.

How It Works

Peace of mind, in four unhurried steps.

We've built a process that fits how families actually want to work, at the pace of real life. Here's what it looks like from your first call to a finished plan you understand.

01

A first conversation

A brief, no-pressure meeting to get acquainted and see if we click.

02

A plan we design together

We walk through options in plain English. You see tradeoffs clearly and choose what's right for you, never the other way around.

03

Documents you can read

We draft, review with you line by line, and sign. No black boxes, no legal mysteries left for your family to untangle later.

04

A plan that stays alive

When life changes, reach out. You'll have a team that already knows your story, ready to bring your plan up to date.

Common Worries

Are you worried about what happens if you do nothing?

These are the questions our clients walk in with. If any of them sound like yours, you're not late, you're early enough.

Let's talk it through
Will my family have to go through probate? +
Without a plan, almost certainly. Probate is a public, slow, often expensive court process. A properly funded revocable trust can keep your estate private and out of court entirely.
What happens if I become incapacitated? +
Without durable powers of attorney, your family may have to petition the court to make medical and financial decisions for you. We design layered POAs so the right person can act, immediately, without a courtroom.
Could long-term care wipe out our savings? +
It's the single biggest risk to most families' wealth. With timely Medicaid planning and asset protection structures, much of what you've built can be preserved for a spouse or the next generation.
Are my old documents still valid? +
Maybe, and maybe not. Tax law, family structures, and state rules change. If your plan is more than five years old, it's worth having it reviewed.
Who will care for my children if something happens? +
Without a guardianship designation, a court chooses. With a plan, you do, and you can leave guidance, values, and resources for whoever steps in.
